West Australia’s first ever Vogue Festival debuted at Karrinyup in early September, transforming Karrinyup into a lively hub of fashion, beauty, and culture. An exciting array of events and masterclasses saw the Vogue team join with Perth residents to celebrate the best in fashion and beauty—it was the destination for a chic day out.
The weekend commenced on Friday night with Vogue Fashion After Dark at Dandelion, an exclusive ticketed event hosted by some of Vogue Australia and Vogue Living’s editors and stylists—Edwina McCann, Kaila Matthews, Remy Rippon, and Rebecca Caratti. Covering all things style and seasonal trends, guests were treated to a Q&A session with the editors and a chance to meet with Perth’s most prominent fashion industry names, all while enjoying cocktails and gourmet canapés.
Saturday morning embraced a more holistic approach, with Remy Rippon, senior beauty editor at Vogue Australia, hosting a ‘Weekend Wake-up’ event at Karrinyup’s beautiful Wellness Precinct with founders of Hyperluxe, Cassie and Maddie Sharpless, and founder of Velcoity, Milly Turley. Vogue Festival offered more than just shopping to get your cardio in, with three exclusive in-centre fitness sessions on offer from pilates at AfterGlow to high-intensity workouts at Cycle Co and Fitstop.
Styling sessions were hosted with brands such as Aje and Seafolly, as guests discovered the latest seasonal styles under expert guidance. What are the beauty product essentials for sailing through the season? Pro makeup artists were on hand at the Trinny London Masterclasses to provide personalised recommendations, from discovering the ideal foundation match to the perfect complimentary lip.
Here, we take a look back at the most memorable moments captured from Vogue Festival.
