is excited to announce the impending arrival of Ciao Dandy, the Northern
suburb’s newest summer pop-up - an effortlessly cool Italian spritz bar with
endless summer vibes, taking over Dandelion for a strictly limited
time. Launching Friday, December 6, Ciao Dandy promises a season of
bold coastal Italian flair, bright colours, and the irresistible charm of la
dolce vita. Think vibrant umbrellas, Mediterranean hues, and a spritz bar
transcending you to the iconic Sicilian coast.
In the kitchen, Parker Group Head of
Culinary Brendan Pratt and Dandelion Head Chef Matthew
Payne are bringing you a taste of coastal Italy, with fresh seafood, handmade
pasta, and shareable bites perfect for retail pitstop grazing, or a balcony
lunch with the crew. The vibe? Fresh, flavourful, and designed for those long,
lazy lunches with a sunset spritz in hand. Let’s not forget the little ones - a
menu just as exciting will keep them sat in one spot.
And when it comes to cocktails, Elise Godwin,
Distiller of Dandelion’s own gin and vodka label, Fine & Dandy, has created
a stunningly comprehensive spritz lineup, with a shaken, fizz, and no & low
cocktail menu that’s pure homage to the Mediterranean coast – the summer of the
