Twilight Tastings

Pop into the Dandelion Distillery for a tasting experience of our small batch spirits, crafted by our in-house distiller, Elise Godwin. After a tour of the distillery in action, Elise will guide you through the range of Award-winning spirits and some other exciting experiments. Finish with a signature cocktail of your choice, with tapas from the Dandelion kitchen to match. The perfect pit-stop after an evening of shopping!

Tasting includes:

• A guided tour of Dandelion Spirits Distillery
• Complimentary tasting of our range; WA Dry Gin, Classic Vodka, Lychee and Lemongrass Vodka & Pink Berry Gin, and Elise's other experiments!
• A signature cocktail to finish, your choice of the Lychee Dandelini or the Gin-Gin Mule
• Paired with snacks from our kitchen team; Beef carpaccio, compressed pineapple & half shell scallop
